The course is delivered fully online through interactive modules with audio voiceover and practical examples. Learners can study at their own pace using a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, with 24/7 learner assistance and tutor support available.
Assessment is conducted through an online multiple-choice examination at the end of the course. Results are provided instantly. If required, learners may retake the assessment at no additional cost.
Upon successful completion, learners will receive an accredited Level 2 Food Safety certificate. A digital certificate is issued immediately, with the option to request a printed copy (postal charges apply). While certificates do not have a fixed expiry date, refresher training is recommended every 12 months to maintain best practice standards.
