The Level 3 HACCP for Manufacturing course provides learners with advanced knowledge of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) systems within food production and manufacturing environments. This qualification focuses on contamination control, regulatory compliance, and the effective management of food safety systems from raw materials through to final distribution.
In food manufacturing, it is essential that every stage of the process protects consumers from biological, chemical, and physical hazards. This course is designed to equip supervisors and managers with the expertise required to design, implement, and maintain HACCP-based food safety management systems in accordance with UK and EU legislation.
By completing this qualification, learners will be able to:

The course is delivered fully online through interactive modules with audio voiceover and practical case studies relevant to manufacturing environments. Learners can study at their own pace using a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, with 24/7 learner assistance available.
Assessment is conducted through an online examination at the end of the course. Results are marked instantly, and learners may retake the assessment if required at no additional cost.
Upon successful completion, learners will receive an accredited Level 3 HACCP for Manufacturing certificate. A digital certificate is issued immediately, with the option to request a printed copy (postal charges apply). While certificates do not have a fixed expiry date, annual refresher training is recommended to maintain compliance and best practice standards.
