The course is delivered fully online through interactive modules with professional audio voiceover. Learners can study at their own pace using a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, with 24/7 learning assistance available.
Assessment is conducted through an online multiple-choice examination at the end of the course. Results are marked instantly, and learners may retake the assessment at no additional cost if required.
Upon successful completion, learners will receive an accredited Food Allergen Awareness Training certificate. A digital certificate is issued immediately, with the option to request a printed copy (postal charges apply). Although certificates do not have a formal expiry date, refresher training is recommended annually.
