The Level 3 Supervising Food Safety in Catering course provides learners with advanced knowledge and practical understanding of food hygiene management within catering environments. The course is delivered fully online through interactive learning modules. Learners can study at their own pace using a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, with 24/7 learning assistance available.
Assessment is conducted via an online multiple-choice examination at the end of the course. Results are marked instantly. Learners may retake the assessment if required at no additional cost.
Upon successful completion, learners will receive an accredited Level 3 Supervising Food Safety in Catering certificate. A digital certificate is issued immediately, with the option to request a printed copy (postal charges apply). Although certificates do not have a formal expiry date, annual refresher training is recommended.
