The course is delivered fully online through interactive modules with professional voice-over. Learners can study at their own pace using a laptop, tablet, or smartphone, with 24/7 learning assistance available.
Assessment is conducted through online examinations at the end of each level. Results are marked instantly, and learners may retake assessments if required at no additional cost.
Upon successful completion, learners will receive an accredited Food Hygiene and Safety Level 1, 2 & 3 certificate. A digital certificate is issued immediately, with the option to request a printed copy (postal charges apply). Although certificates do not have a formal expiry date, annual refresher training is recommended to maintain best practice.
