Course Overview
The Food Safety Management – Level 3 course is an advanced qualification designed for supervisors, managers, and senior food handlers responsible for maintaining and overseeing food safety systems. This course provides in-depth knowledge of HACCP-based food safety management, legal compliance, and industry best practice standards required within catering, hospitality, retail, and food production environments.
In line with UK & EU food hygiene legislation, including Regulation (EC) No 852/2004, food businesses must ensure that staff receive appropriate training to maintain high standards of hygiene and hazard control. This Level 3 programme equips learners with the competence to manage food safety procedures effectively from preparation and storage through to service and distribution.
By completing this qualification, learners will be able to:

Upon successful completion, learners will receive an accredited Food Safety Management – Level 3 certificate. A digital certificate is issued immediately, with the option to request a printed copy (postal charges apply). Although certificates do not formally expire, annual refresher training is recommended to maintain up-to-date knowledge and compliance.
